- Project narrows the page to one project. The default, All projects, adds them up.
- Time range is the last 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
The summary
The two charts show Events received and Deliveries sent over the range, each with its change on the range just before it. Under them, the cards give the totals: projects, endpoints (with the requests rejected before they were stored), the share of deliveries that failed, workflow runs, and datasets with the space they use.Break it down
Use the tabs to cut the same range four ways. Every table sorts by clicking a column header and has its own search. How the figures are counted
- Events are records stored in the range. An endpoint’s events are the records that arrived through it.
- Rejected are requests Hookie refused after it knew whose they were, such as a failed signature, an IP not on the allowlist or a rate limit. They never count against your event quota.
- Delivery failure rate is failed deliveries as a share of finished ones (delivered plus failed). Deliveries still queued or retrying are in neither.
- Deliveries are counted per project, not per endpoint. A delivery belongs to a destination, not to the endpoint that received the event, so the Endpoints tab has no delivery column.
- Workflow failure rate is failed and timed-out runs as a share of completed plus failed. Runs still in progress are in neither. Average duration covers completed runs only.
- Dataset size is the stored payload of every record kept in the dataset, in decimal units (1 MB is 1,000,000 bytes). It is the size of your data, not of the database’s own indexes or the raw copy of each request, so it is smaller than the storage the database reports.
From the API
The page readsGET /admin/api/dashboard/analytics?window=24h|7d|30d, and its charts read GET /admin/api/dashboard/timeseries with an optional project_id. Both are readable by any role, and by a connected agent with the read scope. Endpoint slugs, which are credentials, are never returned. See the API reference.
